First Come, First Serve

The clinic operates on a first-come, first-serve basis for routine exams and services. This means clients are seen in the order they arrive at the clinic with our veterinarian.

The clinic opens its doors at 8 am, and the team starts seeing clients at that time. Exams are conducted until 4:30 pm, and shots are administered until 5 pm. This provides a window of accessibility for clients to bring in their pets.

Wait Time Transparency

Appointments for Surgeries

While routine exams are on a walk-in basis, the clinic does take appointments for surgeries. This is to ensure that there is sufficient time to provide thorough and proper care for each surgical procedure.

Client Testimonials

We had to have our 15 year old Jacque put to sleep because of health issues and North Tyler Vet was there to help. They made a very hard decision a little easier. We had our little baby since he was a puppy and he did everything with us until his health failed. I read that ending your dog’s life in a painless manner when they are suffering is the last loving thing we can do for them. Thank you North Tyler Vet Staff.

Pete Hunt

I had to take my furbaby to the vet yesterday morning. She was dying at 15 years old. The staff was very kind to me and Dr. Zach was also kind and kept apologizing to me because I was bawling my eyes out. That was the hardest thing a loving pet parent will ever have to do I also have an aunt that works there and the trip to the vet would not have been possible without her.

Deborah Owens

We take our miniature poodle Archie there. Everyone is so nice and we feel he receives good care.

Kathy Deel

Very caring and compassionate! Losing a family member isn't easy, but they were very sympathetic about our Loss. We love you, Izzy wizy. Thanks to Dr Williams for making us feel at peace, your great.

Alara Vega

The Vet and staff took time out of their busy schedule to check on my Piitie’s incision she kept licking. I am glad I brought my pets back to North Tyler Vet. They're awesome!
